Your returned item, must arrive at TLC from no later than 14 days after your delivery date.
Please contact us via email at amsterdamtlc@gmail.com before returning any items.
We will provide you with the correct return instructions and explain the next steps, including where to send your package.
When we receive your return in good conditions, we will make sure to reimburse the amount to you as soon as possible.
– Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
– Accessories must be returned with the original branded box and dust bags, where provided and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
